At 1112 we do dinner a little different. Instead of having the chaos of a buffet line and the huge expense of doing a plated meal we’ve decided to formulate something in the middle called plated stations. Our Plated Stations will serve your guests faster, give guests a cleaner plate, and while naturally upscaling your event.
