  • No, we require a $500 Nonrefundable Retainer Fee to secure your date. This fee is not extra. It is a portion of your total balance. The remaining balance must be paid by its respected due date and time listed in the contract agreement. This date is normally 7 days before the event.

  • Just reach out to us via email [caterwith1112@gmail.com] to cancel your event. Refund eligibility will be detailed in your contract agreement. Typically, additional payments (not including your nonrefundable retainer fee) will be refunded if the event is canceled 7 days prior to the event.

  • Please let us know if there’s an increase in your guest count at least 3 days prior to the event. We want to be prepared ahead of time so all guests can be served properly. We’ll send an extra invoice based on the rates listed on our website at the time of the increase request.

  • We accept cash or check payments only. A receipt for each transaction and remaining balance will be sent via email and text.
